  • Gift vouchers are valid for six months... that means the recipient can book in anytime within the six months of purchase for their portrait
  • All vouchers below include a photo session - some include additional products - but you can decide what to load your voucher with
  • Gift vouchers purchased online are delivered instantly by email, but you can also pick up a physical voucher or gift box from our studio (or if you would like a physical one too, just give us a bell after you checkout and you can pick one up from the studio too!)

Do gift vouchers expire?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. We find that most recipients are super excited and want to get their session booked as soon as possible! Vouchers that are coming up to their expiry date can be extended for a short period of time, provided we’ve been notified before the voucher expires.
It's for a surprise, can you email them on their birthday?
Your gift voucher confirmation email will be sent immediately to the purchaser, but you can choose to send the gift voucher to the recipient at the time of purchase or on another date in the future. You will be asked when to send it when you checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, if you do not require the product or service listed on the gift voucher you can use the value of the voucher towards one of our other products and services.
I don't really know what the recipient would like...
That’s no problem, and to be honest the most common thing we hear. Recipients can use their gift voucher for whatever it was purchased for, or if they prefer they can put the value towards one of our other services or products. If for example, you’ve purchased a family portrait with a small frame, and they’d rather have one of our more impressive wall frames, they can put the value towards that instead. The first £175 of any of our portrait vouchers goes towards the session.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards can be redeemed for services and products offered by the Company, including portrait sessions and products. Only one gift card can be redeemed per session or purchase. Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to others unless specifically noted as non-transferable at the time of purchase. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. No replacement or compensation will be provided in these circumstances. Holders can check the balance of the gift card by contacting the Company directly. Upon expiration, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Gift cards may be extended for up to 30 days, at the discretion of the Company, if the Company has been informed prior to the expiry date. Gift cards cannot be extended under any circumstances if the expiry date has elapsed. Any quoted prices for services or products mentioned on the reverse are valid only for purchased services or products for the duration of the original validity period. Prices quoted for services or products other than those purchased on the reverse side (including those quoted in any printed or online material, such as a brochure or website) are for guidance only and are subject to change. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice.
